Eleni Notaras

Eleni is a Licensed Agent, holds a Diploma of Business (Real Estate), and has worked in both the residential and commercial property industry in Canberra for over 30 years.  

Eleni worked at the Land Development Agency where she coordinated the ACT Government’s residential land release program and worked closely with government and industry to modernize their ballot and auction processes. 

Moving back to the private sector, worked as a senior Commercial Property Investment Manager with LJ Hooker Commercial Canberra, winning the Network’s Inaugural Top Commercial Manager’s award in 2013 acknowledging her building & relationship management skills that helped the portfolio grow significantly over the years.  

Following the success of operating her own commercial agency, Notaras Commercial, from 2007 to 2022 in which she continued to service her client’s property needs for management, leasing, sales and consulting, Notaras Commercial recently merged with Ray White Commercial Canberra where Eleni has joined the team as Director of Property Management. 

Demonstrating a commitment to the wider Canberra property industry, Eleni was appointed to the ACT Division Council of the Property Council in 2019 where she continues to serve, and was awarded the ACT Executive Director’s Award in 2021 for her contribution to the Property Council and the wider ACT Property Industry during the COVID-19  pandemic.
